Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except flour and cocoa. Beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed. Shape rounded teaspoonsful as desired (1 balls, 2-3 logs, balls flattened, balls with indentations - fill with frosting or jam before serving - etc.) or use cookie press. Place 1-inch apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until set.
