2 | avocados | 3/4 cup | salsa | 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) | cream cheese | 2/3 cup | cottage cheese | 3/4 cup | grated provolone cheese | 1/2 cup | chick peas | 2/3 cup | sour cream | 1 handful | Bean sprouts | | Hot sauce, to taste |

Instructions
In mixing bowl, mash avocados and cream cheese; mix well. Incorporate all other ingredients. Heat on stove top over low-medium heat until color starts to darken and cheese melts. Put in serving bowl and top with cubed tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Serve with warm pita bread slices or tortilla chips.

This is pretty chunky and filling dip. For smoother texture, I'm thinking of doing all the mixing in a blender next time.
