Instructions
Combine water, pineapple juice, Worcestershire Sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until mixture boils, then reduce heat to a simmer. Squeeze the 1/2 head of garlic into the mixture; discard skins and whick garlic to combine (if you want a smooth sauce, feel free to process it at this point). Add lemon juice, onion, whiskey and cayenne pepper; simmer for about an hour or until sauce is slightly syrupy and reduced. Sauce is now ready for basting grilled or baked foods!

Use a good whiskey, like Knob Creek, for this recipe. This is soooo good, all pineapply, garlicky, mmm!
