A winning Vegetarian Dish

1 - can tomato soup
1 - can creamed corn
1 - can whole kernel corn
1 - can kidney beans
1 md. Fritos to
2 - cups - cheddar cheese


Heat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together. Add 1/2 cup of reserved cheese during last 15 minutes of cooking. Take out when cheese on top is melted. Enjoy!

Author's Comments

I had cold cuts, cheese and artisan bread for my outdoor wedding. The bridal guests all got sick from the cold cuts and cheese being in the sun. My Mom made a lot of this casserole and people ate more of that than the gourmet cheeses we had!
