Excellent meatloaf! I used salsa as a topper for the last fifteen minutes in the oven...turned out great. Makes a good quantity - good enough for some delicious meatloaf sandwiches as leftovers. Thanks Foodgeeks...and Jo Anne! Rob

I must have tried hundreds of meatloaf receipes, and my husband was never happy with any of them until now. I made this recipe last night and waited for his reaction, he said this is the greatest meatloaf he has ever tasted, he even requested sandwicks for work.

Very good! I used Hot Italian Sausage instead of the regular sausage -- turned out great!
