| 2 lbs. | rice | | 1/2 pint | kidney beans | | 1 tsp. | black pepper | | 1 tsp. | all-purpose seasoning | | 1 | whole hot pepper | | 2 tbsp. | butter | | Salt, to taste | | 2 sprigs | escallion | | 1 sprig | thyme | | 2 cups | coconut milk |

Instructions
Cook kidney beans until soft to the touch. Season pot with all ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil. Wash and add rice. Meal is ready when rice is cooked.

To make rice fluffy, keep flame low. Do not allow pepper to burst in pot.
