1 lb. | Italian sausage * | 1 cup | milk | 1 | egg | 2 tbsp. | Italian seasoning | 2 tbsp. | garlic powder | 1 | md. onion, chopped | 1 | green pepper, chopped | 2 cups | Cheddar cheese | 1 jar | spaghetti sauce | 1 lb. | spaghetti |

Instructions
Prepare spaghetti as directed.
Cook sausage until browned. Remove from skillet and save 1 tablespoon of grease in skillet. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Add sausage, seasoning and garlic.
Drain spaghetti; mix sausage and vegetables with spaghetti. Add milk, egg, cheese, sauce and mix. Spray with oil a large casserole dish and pour mix in and level with spoon. Preheat oven to 300°F, bake for 1 hour. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.

* If you use Italian sausage in casing, remove from casing before browning.
