8 boneless chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 pkg. Shake-N-Bake Original Coating Mix (pork)
1-1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Moisten chops with water. Shake off excess. Shake 1 or 2 pieces (in a bag) at a time with coating mix. Discard remaining mix. Place in 15x10 inch pan. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Top chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake additional 10 minutes or until sauce is warm and cheese is melted.
