Instructions
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine meat, onion and garlic; brown lightly. Drain off excess fat. Add two cups water and remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered until sauce is thickened; stir occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Adjust seasonings to your taste. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. Pass the Parmesan cheese.
