Italian Chicken Pot Luck

4 to 6 servings



1 whole cut up chicken
Salt and pepper, to taste
Poultry seasoning, to taste
4 to 5 lg. red potatoes
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing


Wash and pat dry chicken and place in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Layer peeled, cubed potatoes, sliced onions and sliced green peppers on top of chicken. Pour the Kraft zesty italian dressing over all. Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done.
