Italian Beef Sandwiches




1 beef roast, desired size
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 lg. bell peppers, sliced in to strips
1 lg. onion, sliced in to strips
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
Any other favorite Italian spices


Boil roast in water, adding italian spices, salt and pepper and ketchup. After 30 minutes, add peppers and onions. Continue to cook until roast is thoroughly done. Remove roast from water and allow to sit a few minutes, slice in thin slices.

Serve on french bread rolls with the onions and peppers and a little ketchup.
