2 sm. onions, cut into rings
3 md. carrots, cubed
2 turnips, cubed
2 stalks celery, cut in rings
1 sm. cabbage, chopped
1-3/4 lb. lamb shoulder, cut into 3 cm. pieces
Salt
Pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed
4 sm. potatoes, cubed
1/2 tbsp. majoram, chopped

Instructions

Put lamb into pot and cover with water. Season with salt and pepper and cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add the vegetables, garlic and potatoes and simmer another 25-30 minutes covered. Season with majoram and serve.
