8 lg. hardboiled eggs, coarsely chopped
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or
walnuts
2 green onions, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips, for garnish

Instructions

With two forks lightly toss together first 8 ingredients. Pour into a buttered two-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese and top with crushed potato chips. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
