Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2". Layer tuna, celery, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 40 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
