1-1/2 cup prepared mustard
2 oz. hot horseradish
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. wine, sherry or
bourbon
1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar

Instructions

Mix thoroughly; allow to stand at least 4 hours. Excellent on hot beer type sausages.
