1 | paper lunch sack | 1/4 cup | of popcorn | | finely ground salt | | olive, canola, or | | butter | | Seasoning ideas | | coriander and cumin | | Parmesan and truffle oil | | paprika | | sun dried tomato oil and basil |

Instructions
Pour the popcorn into the bag and fold the top over a few times to shut. You can tape it closed, but usually just folding is sufficient. Microwave for about 2 minutes. When it's all popped, empty into a bowl and get to seasoning. Melted butter of course is classic, but you can mist olive over the top also. Fat will help the spices stick but is totally optional.

There are a couple of serious reasons not to eat commercially packed microwave popcorn. PFOA is a chemical related to Teflon that is used in the bags to keep the grease from leaking through.
