| 1 cup | heavy cream | | 1 cup | mayonnaise | | 1/8 tsp. | salt | | 1/4 cup | horseradish sauce |

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process until puréed. Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container. Cover and store in the fridge. Use as a condiment.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add mayonnaise and salt; blend thoroughly. Fold in horseradish. Chill until ready to serve. Use as a condiment with meats.
