Homemade Horseradish and Creamy Sauce



1 batches



1 cup peeled and cubed horseradish root
3/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Creamy Horseradish Sauce

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup horseradish sauce


Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process until puréed. Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container. Cover and store in the fridge. Use as a condiment.

Creamy Horseradish Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add mayonnaise and salt; blend thoroughly. Fold in horseradish. Chill until ready to serve. Use as a condiment with meats.
