Hollandaise with Red and Green Peppers

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 tbsp. double cream
4 egg yolks
Salt
Pepper
8 oz. butter

Instructions

Wrap the peppers in wet paper towels and microwave at HIGH for 10 minutes. Put in cold water; take out and cut into quarters and peel of skin. Puree each peppers with 1 tablespoon cream; then mix into each one 2 egg yolks, salt and pepper with wire wisk. Put butter into glass bowl and microwave at high for 1-1/2 minutes. Mix the pepper mixes, each with half of the butter real well.
