5 | lg. fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges | 1 | md. green pepper, chopped | 1/2 | sm. red onion, thinly sliced | 1-1/2 cup | shredded Monterey Jack cheese | 1/4 cup | stuffed green olives, sliced | 1/2 tsp. | dried basil |
Dressing
6 tbsp. | vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. | red wine vinegar | 2 tbsp. | minced fresh parsley | 1 tbsp. | minced fresh chives | 1 clove | garlic, minced | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1/4 tsp. | pepper |

Instructions
Place tomato wedges in a shallow dish. Cover with green pepper, onion, cheese and olives. Sprinkle with basil. In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Spoon over salad.
