1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup white flour
1 can (1-5/8 lb.) whole green chillies
4 slices sweet bread
8 eggs
16 slices Portuguese sausage
1-1/2 cup Lilikoi Hollandaise sauce
2 cups hash browns
3 tbsp. butter

Instructions

Poach eggs, toast the sweet bread and top with the sauteed Portuguese sausage, poached eggs and the Lilikoi Hollandaise sauce.

Lilikoi Hollandaise sauce is on a separate recipe.

Serve with hash browns.
