1/2 cup mild vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 cups cooked diced beets
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add vinegar and water. Cook until thick. Add salt and butter. Add beats. Heat until just hot.
