1 cup chana dal, boiled so that the dal is separate
2 tbsp. grated coconut
2 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
3 green chilies, slit
1 dash hing
1/2 tsp. rai
3/4 tsp. jeera
2 tbsp. oil
Salt, to taste

Instructions

Heat oil, add rai and when it splutters add hing, jeera and slit green chilies. Fry for 2 minutes, then add chana dal, salt and peas. Stir. Cook for 5 minutes. To serve, garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
