Hari Hari Yakhni (Peas and Paneer)

| 2 cups | raw peas, shelled and coarsely ground | | 10 oz. | paneer, cubed and fried | | 8-1/2 oz. | tomato, puréed and strained | | 4 tbsp. | oil or | | ghee |
Grind
| 3 | onions | | 1/2 clove | garlic | | 1/2 | -inch ginger | | 3 | green chilies | | 2 tbsp. | coriander leaves | | 12 | cashew nuts | | 6 | cardamoms | | 6 | cloves | | 1 tsp. | coriander seeds | | Salt, to taste |

Instructions
Heat oil and fry the ground masala for approximately 7 minutes. Add tomato purée and fry some more. Add ground peas and keep stirring. Add 2 cups warm water and cook until peas are tender. Before serving, add fried paneer cubes.
