Hamburgers with Peach Relish



2 servings



1 peach, peeled, halved, and pitted
1 tomato, peeled and seeded, and coarsley chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cider vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 hamburgers, cooked to taste
2 hamburger buns


Place peach, tomato, garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor and process or mince by hand. Remove to a bowl. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Cook hamburgers to taste and place beef on the buns. Top each sandwich with half of the relish and serve immediately.
