1 cup peeled white potatoes, sliced thinly
1 cup Velveeta Cheese, cut in lg. chunks
1 cup raw asparagus, lg. pieces

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a bake-proof dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F, until potatoes and asparagus are softened.
