3 slices | sour dough bread | 1-1/2 to 2 cup | finely chopped cooked ham | 1/2 bunch | fresh broccoli, (2 cups finely chopped) | 1 | md. onion, minced | 1-1/2 cup | shredded sharp cheddard cheese | 3 | eggs | 1/2 tsp. | dry mustard | 1-1/2 cup | milk |

Instructions
Trim crust from bread. Grease 1-1/2 qt. dish. Put bread in. Mix ham, broccoli, onion & 1 cup of cheese. Beat eggs with mustard, beat in milk & mix well. Spread in buttered dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 min. or until well browned & firm. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
