Cut all veggies (except green onio) into flat strips about 1/4-inch thick. lace in a long bowl or loaf pan, drizzle with olive and sprinkle with seasonings. While the grill is hot place veggies on the grill and cook until tender, flipping once. Eat while hot. Enjoy!
