Instructions
Place sauce ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Brush fish lightly with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Grill salmon over hot coals, about 4 minutes per side, or until centers are cooked as you prefer. Serve sauce spooned over salmon.
Author's Comments
Cooking time will vary with thickness of fish. I like mine cooked medium (a little dark pink in the center) for best flavor. Fish will firm up as it gets done. Try to turn fish only once.
