2 cups cooked green beans
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup tarragon or
cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Lettuce leaves

Instructions

Combine green beans, oil, vinegar and tarragon in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until ready to serve. To serve, spoon beans and dressing over lettuce leaves on individual serving dishes.
