1/4 cup milk, lukewarm
2 tbsp. olive oil
7/8 oz. yeast
1 cup graham flour
2-1/2 cup white flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. oregano
1 egg white

Instructions

Mix together the flour, milk, oil, salt, herbs and yeast. Let the dough rise to double the size (about 30 minutes). Fold the dough in half, twist the dough and place in a bread pan. Let rise for another 20 minutes. Gently brush the dough with egg white and scatter the sesame seeds atop the bread. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in a 420°F preheated oven.

My grandma went on a trip to Greece and brought me back some recipes. This is a good way to get all those Greek spices in.

Sumpin's WRONG here. Probably left out at least a cup of water or mis-stated the milk amount too low ! Impossible to make, as listed. Please correct it. Also, the amounts of salt, thyme and oregano need to be almost halved.
I think this will be turn out to be a very good recipe for that good Greek sesame bread that we can't find anywhere in So. Calif.
