Ingredients
1 | lg. egg white | 1 cup | chopped red onion | 3/4 cup | chopped fresh mint | 1/2 cup | dry breadcrumbs | 1/3 cup | feta cheese crumbled (1-1/2 oz.) | 2 tbsp. | lemon juice | 1 tsp. | dried dill | 1 lb. | ground turkey | | Cooking spray | 4 | hamburger buns |

Instructions
Place egg white in large bowl and beat with a whisk. Add onion and next 6 ingredients (through turkey) and stir well to combine. Divide turkey into 4 equal portions and shape them into a 1/2 inch-thick patty. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and then heat over medium-high heat. Cook about 8 minutes on each side or until done.

This recipe actually comes from one of my favorite magazines... Cooking Light! Enjoy!! I usually get at least 6 burgers out of this recipe!
