| 2 lbs. | cauliflower | | 1/3 cup | milk | | 4 tbsp. | butter | | 2 tsp. | mustard | | Salt and pepper | | 1/8 tsp. | nutmeg | | 1/2 cup | parmesan cheese, grated |

A very simple, but tasty, cauliflower dish, will go well with green beans/peas.

Instructions
Cut cauliflower into florets. Cook uncovered in boiling water for 12 minutes. Take 1/2 of cauliflower and puree with milk butter and mustard. Add rest of florets. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put into shallow baking dish. Cover with parmesan cheese. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden crust has formed.
