Ingredients
1 | pan of southern cornbread (not the Yankee sweet stuff) | 2 | biscuits or | 3 slices | of stale white bread | 1 | lg. carton chicken or | | turkey stock | 3 | eggs, beaten | 1/2 | onion, chopped fine | 2 stalks | of celery, chopped fine | | Salt and pepper to taste | 1 | tbl. dried sage | 1/2 can | oysters (optional) |

Instructions
Crumble up the stale cornbread and biscuits or bread into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes in a greased 9x12 baking pan until the top is brown.
