Combine first 6 ingredients in 9x13" pan. Place in refrigerator until well set. Topping: Cook pinapple juice, flour, egg, and butter until thickened. Let cool. Add cool whip to cooked mixture. Spread on set jello and serve.

The second ingredient: 2 cups hot water. Is this in addition to the water used to make the Jello?

I made the recipe but honestly don't remember for sure... But I don't think that was in addition to the water made to use the jello -- I think that was the only water used. Hope this is helpful...
