3 cups onions, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

In a 10-inch covered skillet, cook onions in butter about 10 minutes or until tender but not brown, stirring occasionally. Add sherry, salt, dash of pepper and sugar. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn into serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
