Hey! Thank you for this! It is reprehensible that there should be a Girl Scout Cookie recall should happen but I'm sort of ambivalent because I hate the Lemon Chalet Crème cookies that smell funny and are being recalled. I'm more of a Thin Mints kind of guy. Oh, those infernally addicting Thin Mints!

Instructions
In double boiler melt the candy melts. Add several drops of peppermint oil to the melted chocolate. Dip Ritz crackers, one at a time in chocolate/mint mixture. Place on waxed paper to dry.
