6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or
margarine
2 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk

Instructions

Beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugars; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Stir in melted chocolate. Combine in separate bowl, flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, blending well after each addition. Spoon into well-greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 20 minutes.

You can dust with powdered sugar when cooled. This cake will stay moist and fresh for days.
