Premade Filo dough cups from grocery freezer section.
4 squares
unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup
butter or
margarine
3/4 cup
granulated sugar
2
eggs
1 tsp.
vanilla
2 tbsp.
all-purpose flour
Instructions
Thaw Filo dough cups and put into muffin tins.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Microwave chocolate and butter in bowl on high about l minute, until butter is melted. Stir in chocolate until completely melted. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour.
Spoon about l tablespoon of mixture into center of each cup. Bake 15 or 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden. Remove from muffin pans and cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Can also use l/2 package (l7-l/2 oz. size) pepperridge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets. Unfold each sheet onto lightly floured surface. Roll into l5x12-inch rectangle. Cut into 20, 3-inch squares. Press one square into bottom of each muffin cup.
