Ingredients
2 cups | cubed cooked chicken | 1 cup | chopped celery | 1 cup | seedless grapes, halved | 4 | sm. nectarines, diced | 1/2 cup | mayonnaise | 2 tbsp. | lemon juice | 2 tbsp. | honey-Dijon mustard or | 1 tbsp. | Dijon mustard plus | 1 tbsp. | honey | 1 tbsp. | snipped fresh or | | frozen chives | | Salt and pepper to taste | 1 head | bibb lettuce, washed and dried | 1/2 cup | lightly toasted sliced almonds |

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes and nectarines. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, chives and salt and pepper. Add dressing to salad and toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
