Yah know what, I think these are pretty good. I halved the recipe, but forgot to half the cocoa, though, so I ended up with a mixture that was a little more tough to work with, but that definitely tasted more chocolatey, which I think is a plus. They're a really great way to satisfy a chocolate craving sans the sugar and whatever other bad stuff they throw in there.

Instructions
Grind together dates, raisins, cocoa (or carob powder), walnuts and sunflower seeds in a food processor or meat grinder. Press the mixture into 24 small balls. Roll in the ground nuts. Store in an airtight container.
