1-1/4 cup | chocolate wafer cookie crumbs | 1/4 cup | sugar | 1/4 cup | melted butter | 8 oz. | cream cheese, softened | 14 | fl. oz. sweetened condensed milk | 2/3 cup | chocolate syrup | 2 tbsp. | instant coffee | 1 tsp. | hot water | 1 cup | whipping cream |

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. In buttered 9" springform pan or 13x9" baking dish, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and up sides of pan. Chill. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, add sweetened condensed milk and syrup. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water; add to milk. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
