Frankfurter Casserole (Diabetic)

Ingredients
1-1/4 cup | bean and bacon soup, undiluted | 1-1/4 cup | water | 2 cups | all-meat frankfurters, cut into 1/2-inch slices | 1 | onion, finely chopped | 1 bunch | green onions, finely chopped | 1/2 cup | chopped celery | 2 tbsp. | prepared mustard | 1 pkg. | refridgerated biscuits |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except biscuits. Boil gently 5 minutes. Put approximately 3/4 cup of the mixture into each of 8 individual baking dishes and top each with biscuit.* Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Serve at once.
This can also be made in an 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
