Frankfurter Casserole (Diabetic)

1-1/4 cup bean and bacon soup, undiluted
1-1/4 cup water
2 cups all-meat frankfurters, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 pkg. refridgerated biscuits

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except biscuits. Boil gently 5 minutes. Put approximately 3/4 cup of the mixture into each of 8 individual baking dishes and top each with biscuit.* Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Serve at once.

This can also be made in an 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
