1/2 tbsp. yeast
1-1/2 cup oats
3 cups bread flour
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. dough enhancer (optional)
3 tbsp. oil
1 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1-5/8 cup warm water

Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread machine in order. Set Baking Control to 11 o'clock. Select Sweet Bread and push Start. In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 cups.

A heavy, dense, easy to slice bread. A little "wet," otherwise great!
