1 bunch | cilantro | 5 | tomatoes (tennis ball size) | 5 | italian plum tomatoes | 1 | lg. white onion (softball size) | 1 | lg. green pepper | 1 | lime, juice of | 1 | habanero pepper | 2 tbsp. | extra virgin olive oil | 1 tsp. | finely minced garlic | | Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste |

Instructions
Dice tomatoes, onion and green peppers into 1/4 inch pieces and put in large bowl. Add the finely chopped bunch of cilantro (just the leaves). Add juice of lime. Add as much of finely chopped habanero as you like or other pepper of your choice. Add the rest of the items. Enjoy!
