Feta Spread with Fresh Dill

1-1/2 cup Tre StelleĀ® Feta Cheese
1 cup Tre StelleĀ® Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Crackers, toasted pita wedges or
flatbread

Instructions

In a food processor combine feta and ricotta cheese;
process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended but still chunky.

Makes approximately 2 cups.
