Fantastic Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
2 cups | chopped fresh cranberries | 1 | lg. jalapeno seeded and chopped fine | 4 tbsp. | fresh lime juice | 2 | blood oranges peeled and sectioned | 2 tsp. | fresh grated ginger | 2 stalks | celery strings removed and chopped fine | 1/4 cup | chopped toasted walnuts | 1/4 cup | OR | | less of fresh chopped mint leaves |

Instructions
Toss all but the walnuts and mint together. Then add the mint and walnuts at the end. Enjoy!

This is not your typical Thanksgiving relish, but it has been a holiday standard for my family the last 10 years or so. I'm not sure where it came from! You can substitute other orange/tangerine varieties if you can not find blood oranges. I've done it, but if you can find the blood ones it is very worth it. It may seem like a lot of mint, but don't pack it in the cup and keep it loosely chopped.
