Make pudding according to package directions, except use 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of eggnog instead of 2 cups milk. Blend the pudding mix until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Pour half of the mixture into each pie shell. If desired, sprinkle with nuts. Cover and let chill for 1/2 hour at least.

You may substitute crushed vanilla wafers or some cookie, (like Oreos) for the graham cracker crust. Vanilla pudding is recommended, but of course, other pudding flavors can be used. (My personal favorite is butterscotch pudding with a cinnamon graham cracker crust.)
Do not use 2 cups eggnog. Doing so overpowers the flavor of the pudding.
