2 cups fresh lima beans
4 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
3 tbsp. butter or
margarine
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

Cook beans in boiling salted water approximately 15 minutes or until almost tender; drain. Add corn, butter, whipping cream, salt and pepper; mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring often, for 7 to 10 minutes or until corn is done.
