Easy Potato Wedges and Dip

1-1/2 lb. potatoes
Garlic salt
Parsley (dried or
fresh)
Olive oil (optional)

Dip

8-3/4 oz. fromage frais
Parsley
Crushed garlic
Grated lemon rind
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Scrub and prick the potatoes and place them in a microwave oven; cook until they are slightly soft. Take potaotoes out and cut into wedge shapes and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle over the olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley. Place in a medium to hot oven (375°F) for about 12 minutes until golden in colour.

While the potatoes are in the oven make the dip. Put the fromage frais into a bowl and add all the ingredient mix well. Serve immediately with dip.
