Ingredients
1-1/2 lb. | round steak, cut in 6 slices and pounded thin | 2 tsp. | salt | 1/4 tsp. | freshly ground black pepper | 1/4 tsp. | marjoram | 6 | sm. white onions | 1/4 cup | all purpose flour | 2 tbsp. | vegetable oil | 1 can (1-1/4 lb.) | tomatoes | 2 tbsp. | prepared horseradish |

Instructions
Cut the steak in 6 slices and pound thin. Season the meat with the salt and pepper; sprinkle the top sides with the marjoram. Place an onion on each and roll up; tie with thread or fasten with toothpicks. Roll the birds in the flour.
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and brown the rolls on all sides. Pour off the fat. Add the tomatoes and horseradish; cover and cook over low heat 1 1/2 hours. Taste for seasoning. Serves 6.
